Cancellation and Refunds

Fees for Online Booking:

Almost all types of tickets, whether domestic or international, are subject to a Tripbeam Travel Inc booking fee of approximately $26 per person. These charges may be subject to change at any time. All the taxes, fees, and discounts are added together to determine the total price. If the price is unacceptably high, you can decide not to make the purchase.

Billing:

Charges may be applied to your credit card in multiple amounts not exceeding the aggregate amount. Service fees are non-refundable at all times.

Service Fees:

For the administration costs being charged (service fee), no representations are provided. Bookings are only created and utilized through the site. Our customer service center does not portray the actual service fees charged to our customers, so those fees may be higher. Using a travel agent to search the internet for the cheapest flight options and make the booking is the only representation or guarantee provided. It is possible that the most recent service fees have not been reflected here due to changes that may occur without notice.

Changes to Already Purchased Flights:

Airlines have policies regarding itinerary changes of any kind and any or all will be subject to restrictions. We do not allow the change of dates or names of tickets, hotels, or holiday packages once they have been purchased by you. Bookings that have been confirmed by Tripbeam Travel Inc will not be guaranteed and will not be responsible for any changes resulting from circumstances beyond Tripbeam Travel Inc’s control or supplier changes.

Exchange Fees:

The airline penalties and any fare difference will be applied to any itinerary that can be altered by Tripbeam Travel Inc at an exchange/change fee. You can consult one of our travel representatives to find out how much it costs to change an itinerary. Please note that this fee is subject to change without notice and the latest updated fees can only be provided by the travel expert on call.

Cancellation and Exchange:

We offer a large number of 100% non-refundable* flight tickets. Depending on the airline, a credit may be available for future ticket purchases on the same airline for the same traveler if cancellation is allowed. When such a scenario occurs, the passenger will be subjected to a penalty as well as the fare difference (if any). Most supplier credits have a time limit, as well as an expiration date. If you want to cancel a booking, make sure you call us before the flight’s scheduled departure to cancel the ticket.

Cancellations are not guaranteed. At the time of canceling the booking, we must receive a cancellation fee from the agent. This fee will be retained by us. It’s a good idea to contact our customer support representative to find out by what date the credit will expire. Whenever you book a new flight, you must pay the difference in fare (if any), applicable airline penalties, and Tripbeam Travel Inc exchange fees.

Changes of this kind are governed by the airline’s rules and regulations and are beyond our control. Neither changes nor fees are guaranteed by Tripbeam Travel Inc. In case of cancellations and refund requests, please refer to our Refunds Policy. Change Policy outlines how tickets can be exchanged for new dates or routings.

Exchange fees for our flights are not represented in any other way than that an agent will assist you in locating new flights and will try to re-book the new flights according to availability.

Itinerary for Multiple Airlines:

Several airlines may be involved in your itinerary, so separate airline rules will apply. Baggage fees, change fees, and refunds are governed by these airline rules and policies. If you cancel or change the schedule of your initial flight, either you or the airline, the cancellation or change will not obligate the other airline with which you booked your return flight to issue a refund or change your itinerary.

Each airline may have different check-in times or baggage allowance limits, so it is up to you to comply with their terms and conditions. It is strongly recommended that you print your e-tickets for your complete itinerary (including return fares) before you travel. Due to the possibility of being asked to show your return tickets at the check-in counter.

Refunds and Cancellation:

Travel Packages, airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, and service fees are not refundable in most cases. Cancellations can only be made over the phone. Additionally, refund requests can only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

  • The fare rules allow cancellations and refunds, and cancellations and refunds have been applied.
  • It’s okay if you don’t show up. No-show bookings cannot ask for a refund from suppliers since they are not eligible for refunds.
  • Our suppliers are able to process cancellations and refunds on request by obtaining waivers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a specific timeline when it comes to processing your refund request. Each refund request is handled in a specific manner. You will receive an email notification from our end once we have received your cancellation request from our travel representative. You will not be eligible for the refund, even though you received this notification. You will receive an acknowledgment of your cancellation request and the tracking number for your cancellation request. Once we receive your request, we will work with the suppliers (such as airline carriers, car rentals, hotels, etc.) to create a waiver according to the policies of the suppliers. Once the decision has been reached by the providers, we will notify you. All service fees associated with your initial travel booking are non-refundable. Due to our dependency on our suppliers, we are unable to process refund requests.

After the refund is approved by the supplier, it will not appear on the credit card statement immediately. All suppliers will usually charge penalties when refunds are approved. Refunds are made to the same source as the payment.

The process may take 4 to 6 weeks from the time you receive the credit request to when it appears on your statement. Aside from the refund penalties imposed by the airlines and other suppliers, Tripbeam Travel Inc will charge a processing fee of $50-300 for this service. Refund fees will vary according to the number of tickets. Refund fees will be assessed only if:

You have received a refund from the supplier or a waiver from the supplier.

Refunds are permitted when airline/supplier rules allow them.

You will be refunded the fees Tripbeam Travel Inc might have charged you for handling the refund process if the refund is not processed by the supplier. It should be noted that this excludes the service fee charged at the time of booking the original travel arrangement.
